Making a Booking

All bookings are secured on receipt of a £50.00 deposit payment accompanied by a signed acceptance of the following terms and conditions. The deposit is payable by credit/debit card and is wholly Non-Refundable. Balance payments must be made at least 14 days prior to date of hire otherwise the booking will be considered unconfirmed and subject to cancellation by ‘the company’.

Cancellation of Booking

A minimum of 30 days written notice of cancellation by ‘the hirer’ is required by ‘the company’.

In the event of cancellation by ‘the hirer’ within 30 days of the booking date, any monies paid will be subject to forfeit by ‘the hirer’. In the event of cancellation by ‘the hirer’ more than 30 days prior to booking date, the deposit monies paid will be subject to forfeit and the remainder balance refunded to ‘the hirer’.

In the unlikely event of cancellation by ‘the company’ due to adverse weather conditions (or any other reason beyond our control) ‘the hirer’ will be notified at the earliest opportunity and any monies paid will be refunded in full. However, ‘the company’ accepts no other responsibility or liability for any other cost either direct or indirect arising from the cancellation.

All our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, however, should the booking be compromised due to mechanical breakdown, ‘the hirer’ will be notified at the earliest opportunity and an alternative vehicle sought.

Should an alternative vehicle not be readily available the hire will be cancelled by ‘the company’ and ‘the hirer’ refunded in full. ‘The company’ accepts no other responsibility or liability for any other cost either direct or indirect arising from the cancellation.

Conditions of Use

‘The Company's’ limousines have been designated NON SMOKING, and licensed to carry a maximum of 8 passengers only.

The consumption of personal food inside the vehicle is prohibited.

Consumption of personal drinks (alcoholic or otherwise) inside the vehicle is only permitted by prior arrangement and agreement by ‘the company’. Infringement of this policy will deem the rental invalid, all monies paid will be forfeited and rental terminated immediately.

‘The company’ or its representative (e.g. chauffeur) reserve the right to refuse entry to the vehicle to any person / persons they deem unfit to travel for whatsoever reason and can refuse to continue the journey if any person(s) behave in a manner which may be detrimental to other persons or to the vehicle and its contents. In this event no refund will be given.

‘The hirer’ shall be fully responsible for any misconduct and liable for any damage caused both inside and outside the vehicle by ‘the hirer’ or any member of his/her party, how ever so caused.

Damage or Misuse of the vehicle

In the event of the vehicle being soiled (inside or out) through misuse by ‘the hirer’ or any member of his/her party from any food, drink or illness or otherwise, a £100.00 valeting charge will be levied (or whatever the retail cost may be if in excess of this amount) to rectify the said damage caused.

The card holder or person paying the deposit shall be liable for all aspects of the hire including any additions/surcharges to the agreed journey which will be charged at the agreed hourly rate of £45 per ½ hour or part thereof.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions authorizes ‘the company’ to properly charge ‘the hirers’ credit/debit card for any additions which may be incurred without any further reference to ‘the hirer’/cardholder.

Personal Possessions

Personal effects are left in the vehicle at ‘the hirers' own risk. No responsibility will be taken by The Company for items left in the vehicles.
